WHAT DO WE OFFER?

ARTSPROFIT S.L.

Deliveries of various articles of quartz ceramics

ARTSPROFIT S.L.

Manufacturing of irregularly shaped articles based on customer’s blueprints and models

Our quartz ceramic crucibles are ideal for melting pure metals, alloys and dental materials:

• Inertness – no reaction with melts upon heating and no melt composition variation.

• No carburization of materials. Actual melt lost.

• Heat resistance – can withstand thermal shock up to 1700 °С.

• Low coefficient of thermal expansion – non-existent change in shape and size of crucibles upon heating.

Entrenched, outdated processes limit agility.
Artsprofit process transformation solves that.

Quartz ceramics are characterized by:
The bending strength is 15-45MPa, apparent density is 1.9-2.0 g/cm, the open porosity is 5-15%, the coefficient of thermal linear expansion is 5.8*10-7, heat resistance at a temperature drop of 20-1650 °С, resistance to glass transition in slightly alkaline fluxes.

The material has a high diffuse reflectivity in a wide-spectral region and is resistant to UV radiation. The coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.6-0.9 kcal / m * h * d, the dielectric constant at a frequency of 10 * 10 Hz is 3.2-3,6 in the temperature range of 20-1650 oC. Without temperature changes, the material can withstand heating and utilization at temperatures up to 1700 oC.
