Artsprofit S.L has a great experience and unique technologies in the processes of restoration and strengthening of heavily-loaded critical parts. For more than 15 years, we have a successful and mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with official Caterpillar dealers in the field of restoration and parts’ reinforcement in mining equipment manufactured by Caterpillar. The main technological process of restoring parts consists in welding and subsequent heat treatment is the most effective way to restore worn surfaces of parts and improve their strength characteristics compared to new ones, making it possible to significantly extend the “service life” of restored and hardened parts in their components and mechanisms.

Excellent metallurgical adhesion of the welding layer at the interface with the main body of the part,
